[Product] Kayton: Tire Drum Testing Machine

        

Kayton is in acquaintance of the importance of tire testing procedure during production. It takes high precision and reliable devices to know if the tire is acceptable. The company promotes two types of testing machines and the one is normal type tester and the other close type tester. The drum wheels of the machines are dynamically balanced for ensuring vibration free and noise free under high speed. Machines are driven by high end DC motor or AC inverter motor, offering stability under various load situations. The control system is consisted of computer, touch screen, and PLC system with special software. The sternly constructed structure and the integrated base promise no deformation and lifetime accuracy. Machines are easy to install due to the availability of anti-vibration pads installation. Further, Kayton adopts reliable bearings made by European or Japanese manufacturers in the consideration of longer lifetime.

The basic testing functions include tire endurance and high-speed performance test. Operators could set different steps (up to 20 steps) speed, load, time, and mileage at one time and the machines are operated by computer. The test data would be printed out. An optional 50 steps are offered. During tire testing, when tread separated, deflated, or burst, the tested tires would be returned. The machines stop testing automatically when all tires are returned. Further, the testing machines feature tire slip testing and camber testing systems, dynamic radius measuring system, static radius measuring system, tire inner pressure measuring system, tire inner pressure controlling system, tire outer surface temperature measuring system (by infrared scanning for points), tire rolling resistance testing system, and tire running growing measuring system.
