NPE 2015 promotion

First time in the NPE 2015, Shine Well promotes the servo energy saving CX-200, which belongs to the widely adopted CX series. Starting on conventional horizontal 4-point toggle of AT model, to vertical 5-point toggle of B model, the brand new CX series horizontal five point high speed toggle design aims to bring best machine performance and production efficiency to end users. Novel design of five point high speed toggle mechanism can reduce up to 30% dry cycle time, and offers larger size tie bar clearance and the platen layout.

With this five point design, more molds are loadable. Besides, the single lubrication cycle reduces grease consumption and extends toggle component lifespan. Modularized hydraulic units per pump are made with special circuit designs, making each products suitable for different circumstances. Independent circuits control power and servo systems, which ensures simple maintenance.

Moreover, there are wider selections of injection modules for each clamping unit. Hence, Injection units are further upgraded, and the optional charging on fly feature further shortens total cycle time. Fortified machine frame design ensures fast motion to be stable during procedure, and that is why CX series aims to be used in food container sector, though it can also be applied to other container sectors, stated Mr. Joseph Lung, General Manager of Shine Well.
