Chinaplas 2015

Chinaplas 2015 will be the window where Plastic Systems will show its key-products, applied in plastics injection, extrusion and blow moulding machines.

 

MATRIX centralized conveying systems, for the pneumatic conveyance of granules.

Characteristics: flexibility, easy-to-use, expandability. Starting from one only control unit, it is possible to manage up to 8 vacuum pumps and 56 receivers.

The operation is automatic and it is possible to control completely the storage and sorting of materials, as well as the association between material – processing machine.

 

Stand-alone and centralized drying systems, designed to adjust and control airflow by means of inverter, modulating valves, variable dew point and drying hoppers equipped with load cells.

This technology guarantees an high-efficiency dehumidification and protects polymers from overdrying.

Thanks to low consumption and energy saving, the investment will be quickly returned.

In Chinaplas, Plastic Systems will show the 3 key-dryers among the whole range of itsdehumidification products: DW250I-MT rotor dryer, DWC75 compact-dryers  and DAC serie compressed air dryer.

 

The small dryers DAC series are the ideal solution for drying hygroscopic polymers in small productions.

The series includes 7 models  with hoppers from 2 dm3 to 100 dm3 for throughputs up to 50 Kg/h.

Main features:Microprocessor control with LDC display, molecular sieves, process air managed by modulating valve, RS485 ModBus interface.

 

 

The resin dryers DW series, equipped with rotor technology, ensure maximum efficiency and versatility in medium productions.

DW models maintain a constant Dew Point value from -25 °C to -50 °C with airflow from 50 to 250 m3/h. The process temperature can be set up to 150°C.

It is possible to install a wide range of hoppers with capacities from 50 l to 800 l.

Main features: Microprocessor control with LCD display, self-adjustable airflow with inverter,  self-adjustable dew point control, side-channel blowers, electronic control of the process temperature with PID, solid state relays (SSR), Daily/Weekly timer, Control of the regeneration temperature, RS 485 Modbus interface.

 

DWCompactis a perfect solution for all the different dehumidification fields, including the most specific ones, such as electronic, optical and medical. Theyadopt the rotor technology with capacities from 20 to 280 mc/h and allow the operator to manage the loading of the hopper and processing machine.

Main features: Control with microprocessor, Touchscreen operator panel,  airflow control with inverter,Integrated hopper & processing machine feeding, Database of standard/customizable materials, Material level controlled by weighing system, antistress function, Programmable operating times, Modular system, RS 485 Modbus interface.

2015’ s news: the start-up of a new production site, located in Mumbai (India), to serve the Indian net as well as the South-East Asian one.

This is the third plant that the  Italian Company has established abroad: after the forerunners Plastic Systems Shanghai (China) and Plastic Systems Latin America (San Paolo, Brazil).
